Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Ventilation, AC, and Duct Cleaning Technician to join our team. This role involves maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems, as well as performing thorough duct cleaning services in commercial settings. The ideal candidate will ensure clean and efficient airflow, contributing to a safe and comfortable environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, repair, and install commercial ventilation and air conditioning systems.
• Perform duct cleaning to remove debris and ensure efficient airflow.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with ventilation and AC systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Keep detailed records of services performed, including maintenance and cleaning logs.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns promptly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in HVAC and duct cleaning, preferably in a commercial setting.
• Certification or degree in HVAC technology or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of ventilation, air conditioning systems, and duct cleaning techniques.
• Ability to diagnose and repair system issues effectively.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high air quality standards.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well independently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
