Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Kitchen Extractor Fan and AC Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will focus on the installation, repair, and maintenance of kitchen extractor fans and air conditioning units in commercial kitchens. You will ensure proper ventilation and temperature control, contributing to the safe and efficient operation of our clients' kitchen environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain kitchen extractor fans and air conditioning systems in commercial kitchens.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot ventilation and air conditioning issues.
- Ensure that all installations and repairs comply with health, safety, and industry regulations.
- Conduct regular maintenance to prevent system failures and ensure optimal performance.
- Work closely with kitchen staff and management to address ventilation and AC concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and service reports.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to client needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a specialist in kitchen ventilation and air conditioning systems.
- Certification or degree in HVAC technology or a related field.
- Strong understanding of commercial kitchen ventilation and AC systems.
- Ability to diagnose and repair issues efficiently and effectively.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to kitchen ventilation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
